The owner David Callan, known as Casper from his college days, attended the International School of Pizza. He is no longer with us but he was a great teacher to his wife, Michelle Hipskind, and all our employees. We are carrying on his traditions. We make everything in our restaurant from scratch, from the pizza dough, to smoking brisket and turkey for our special pizzas. We use Grande 50/50 cheese which you only find in Mom and Pop Pizzerias. It is a great mix of Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese. Our salad bar is very fresh with great things including our homemade potato salad and all of our salad dressings. We cut up everything fresh. We take special pride in providing the best to our community of Belfair, WA and all our customers visiting our small resort town. Come visit us now for a wonderful and tasty dining experience. We have take out service. too.
